Condition your sample
Equipment and accessories for gas conditioning
Dryers
It is recommended to use some kind of gas conditioning unit with the analyser.
First it dryes the gas sample and prevents vapour from condensing.
As some gases dissolve in water, gas sample should always be dryed when supplied to the measuring equipment.
Secondly, each dryer is equipped with a gas filter which removes all mechanical pollution form the gas sample.
In this way the analyser’s gas channel is well protected and its functionality is prolonged.
For stationary analysers we designed a special stationary heated filter.
It is equipped with a very efficient filter made of sintered steel, allowing longer maintenance free work.
Heated hose
Another important piece of equipment not to be forgotten is a heated hose.
It was designed to keep the gas sample hot and to prevent water vapour from condensing.
Some gases easily dissolve in water, which could cause incorrect measurement's reading.
Hoses come in few lengths: 3m, 5m, 8m and the longest one 10m long.
Gas probes
Gas probes allow precise and leek-free extraction of gas sample.
We have few types of gas probes in our offer.
The standard type comes in different lengths, from 150mm up to 1500mm, and allows work with temperatures up to 800°C.
Another type is a strengthened probe.
These come in four lengths 750mm, 1000mm, 1500mm and 2000mm and can be used with chimneys with bigger diameter.
We also provide probes with a build in sintered steel filter for more polluted gas.
These come in 3 lengths 300mm, 750mm and 150mm.
The last type is a probe for ultra-high temperatures that could reach 1600°C.

Probe holders
All probes cooperate with probe holders.
Two major types of probe holders can be recognised.
Holders for GA-12 / GA-12plus analyser and holders for bigger analysers.
Both types come in heated / unheated versions. Heated probe holder allows for soot measurement.
We also have a stationary gas probe for stationary analysers in our equipment offer.
This probe is permanently mounted to the extraction point and provides the analyser with constant access to the gas.
Additionally a pitot tube can be purchased for the analyser. Pitot tube allows to measure flow velocity of the gas stream. Pitot tubes come in different lengths and with or without mounting adapters.
