punktor knowledge of issues related to industrial measurements
punktor experience in trade with industrial customers
punktor basic knowledge of international trade and worldwide shipments
punktor undergo a training in our company in Europe

Desired:
punktor the possibility of setting-up a lab for calibration and testing gas analysers with calibration gases
punktor the possibility of setting-up a lab for servicing of our equipment

Appreciated:
punktor experience in the field of gas analysis or the production of bio-fuels or environmental protection or other, related fields
punktor experience in servicing industrial equipment
punktor cooperation in translation of the documents, software and website, etc.

 


From our side we offer:

punktor distribution agreement for a specified period of time
punktor stability of the purchase prices for the equipment (from the madur headquarters) for the duration of the contract
punktor a system of discounts and special prompt-payment-discounts for purchased products
punktor exclusivity on a specified area guaranteed in the distribution agreement

punktor the transition to an indefinite-duration contract after the set sales levels are achieved

punktor help and advice in setting up the service station for madur equipment, especially by providing special (dedicated) testing equipment
punktor assistance in creating a national website and documentation in the national language
punktor visits of our representatives to the dealer's headquarters in order to demonstrate analysers and/or to train the personnel in basics of operation, calibration and maintenance of selected devices
punktor to provide demonstration equipment at preferential prices
punktor assistance in the organisation of international transport

We reserve the right to:

punktor not extend the distribution agreement with a dealer when the sales levels are not obtained
punktor terminate the contract in the case when:
punktor the dealer provides untrue, incorrect or incomplete data before signing the Distribution agreement
punktor the dealer notoriously failures to obey the terms of Distribution agreement
punktor the dealer notoriously failures to obey the terms of Distribution agreement

Potential candidates will be asked to fill in a standard questionnaire about company's profile, that will allow us to validate a candidate. We will ask about:

punktor type of business entity
punktor structure of the company
punktor size of the company (amount of employees, annual turnover)
punktor company's fields of interest and activity
punktor experience and possible references in relation to our range of activities
