We declare that company madur Polska Sp. z o.o. seated in Zgierz (Poland), Sadowa 37 (street) respects the privacy policy and adequately protects the personal information in accordance with applicable law.

Principles of data collection

Our website collects customers' personal information solely based on the consent expressed in the registration form, where the client specifies his name and surname, email address and the country of origin. In case of institutional clients (companies), we also store public data needed in trade documents and for correspondence purposes. Our website does never ask about, nor collects information concerning credit cards, bank accounts data, etc. In a consequence of registration, the client receives a unique login and password. madur does not share these with anybody. madur does not bear responsibility for the password's quality nor the way the customer guards it.

Usage of personal information

Client's personal information is used only for providing services, in particular:

	for handling the orders placed by the clients,
	for creating and mailing trade documents,
	for organising shipments of ordered goods, etc.

In cases foreseen by the law, the client's personal information can be made available to the authorised state agencies on their request.

The right to access your own personal information

Every client registered on our website has the right to review and correct his personal information provided in the registration form. Client may also request to remove his personal information. In that case all personal information are removed except situations when the law states differently (for example trade documents).To correct own personal information please logging in to madur website. To remove personal information please send suitable request via email (to the address: office@madur.com) or via letter, addressing it to madur's headquarters.
